Since I'm currently suffering from a bout with insomnia I'm leaning towards a bottle of whiskey as my relaxation technique!

How about a glass of Merlot.. it is heart healthy, too!

I exercise and have a glass of wine for bedtime. Honestly it is the only thing that will put me to sleep.

Depending on the amount of time I have, I will go to the gym or go for a run/walk/bike ride, meet a friend for lunch/dinner/drinks, take a bath, have a cup of hot tea. My favorite is getting together with friends. I make sure to go away for 1 - 2 weekends a year with the girls which has been a lifesaver for me. (I don't do whiskey but a glass of wine on occasion helps too)

FINALLY!!! A sleeping pill and a glass of wine worked for me. YEAH! Now, what exactly are the measurements of a "glass"???
