It is Friday (again) -- these weeks are flying by! How did everyone do this week with exercising? I did not go to the gym at all but did do cardio every day at home. But I am definitely noticing my muscles not as tight! Monday am back to the gym! I need to PUMP IT UP!!!
It is so hard getting up at 5am, with it so dark & cold, but that is my plan - that is the only way I am going to commit to my exercising!!!!!

Monday I did a 15 mile hill road ride. Tuesday was pilates, weights, and a trail run. Wednesday off day. Thursday was pilates and weights. Today is a rest day because tomorow I have a 60 mile bike ride.

I didn't do alot this week, I just felt really tired. I did get to run 3 days and will run today.

I did not do well this week. I went to the Gym Sun and Mon. I wasn't feeling well the rest of the week so no energy and no gym. I am feeling better now so I am running tomorrow

I didn't do well this week at all - alot of emotional eating. UGH. I'm going for a walk in a few minutes - trying to get in the habit of taking a 30-45 minute walk on the way to pick up DS from bus stop. I'm so mad at myself right now and I feel fat & unattractive. Boy, I'm like a little ray of sunshine today, huh?

I went for approx. a one mile walk (up and down hills) 3 times this week. I lifted weights twice. I really bumped up my weight training. I need to get back in gear and really work harder toward my goals.

I didn't do any real exercising. I'm getting pretty big and it's hard to move around these days.....

I have been doing a lot of stretching and breathing. Not exactly yoga, but close enough. Does that count?

The weather turned a little chillier this week but I didn't let that affect me. I still got out and running in it. I did, however, have a small freak incident on Thursday which scared the tar out of me, but I am ok now! I got back on the horse and went running today

I am probably going to run tomorrow and throw in a yoga class too. Nice way to ease into my weekend!
