Anyone have any tips for this? I want to exercise through this pregnancy, and am looking for some good things I can do with my 4 yr old around/with me. I do have a swiss medicine/exercise ball, some very light hand weights and a yoga strap, but that's about it for equipment.

Don't underestimate the value of walking! It might be hard to do with the cold weather coming, but it's great exercise.

I exercised throughout all of my pregnancies with no trouble (even continued my strength training this time) - just be sure to listen to your body and not overdo it.

I am currently 5 months prego with #2 and have been doing yoga 3 times a week plus going for walks in between. Both are very low impact and you can get yoga DVD's from Amazon specifically for pregnancy (they modify some of the moves that our ever growing belly's would only be able to perform under normal circumstances.) Just make sure to check with the doc prior to starting.

It is really cute to watch my 3 year old try to do the yoga poses and she is a great conversationalist on our walks! Just make sure to allow some quiet time in the routine for the relaxation portion.

You can do whatever you did before you got pregnant now.. you just may need to modify it a bit once you start getting bigger. Make sure you check with your doctor before doing anything though.

I have continued to run throughout my pregnancy and strength training, I've just slowed down a bit. I've also continued to do body sculpting throughout.

Walking is a great way to get exercise. I am continuing to walk up until I feel it is too cold to.
