Those of you who are in your forties and those of us who are beyond, let's define who we were in our FORTIES compared to what we were in our teens, twenties, and thirties and what we are now

Use the bullets above!

Now that I am in my 40's, I care less about what others think. I care more about making myself happy and healthy than about pleasing others as I did in my 20's and 30's. I've realized that faith and God are a vital part of my life and I nurture it more now than I did in my 20's and 30's. I take less for granted and I appreciate the little things more. I've become more patient with my DH and my kids but I still need to work on that.

In my early 40's I remarried after being divorce for over 20 + years. I married my best friend and sould mate. I realize that all that i worked for all of my life meant nothing, but security not happiness. And I found that when I remarried.

In my middle 40's I retired and sold the business that I had started from the ground up and made a success out of. I no longer felt the need to prove myself or my abilities to anyone. And I was tired of the same old thing, that I could do with my eyes shut.

In my late 40's I started back to college and finished getting my business degree and started back to work in administrative fields.

I am now in my early 50's and can't wait to see what they bring!
