This week sucked! Big time! I ran 4 1/2 miles on Monday and then got hugely distracted this week by PTA meetings, sick kids and laziness. I am hitting the gym today though. I like having my big runs on Mondays and Fridays. Wish me luck. The weather has cooled down so it will be a chilly run...but I like the chill!

How did everyone else do?

Just wanted to add that I did in fact complete 4 1/2 miles today when I REALLY didn't want to. That makes up for a slacking week I guess!

Anyone else? Greytrunner, are you still biking a million miles this week? LOL!

I started off very good but my kids have kept me up all night and I haven't had the energy to get up and do my early morning routine. I ran Monday and did strength training on Tuesday. I hope to run tomorrow morning but I don't know if I'll get enough rest. My dh is out of town again, so I'm on my own.

My week started off with a bang and ended with a trickle. I haven't exercised at all for the last 3 days. Last week I had a sick child for 6 days and barely left the house. This week the other one got sick and now it is raining. Oh well. At least I got a couple of good workouts in early on. My eating was very good this week though, and I am happy to say that I can wear my jeans and breathe at the same time again. They are still a little snug but I am forcing myself to wear them to remind me to stay away from all of the Halloween goodies.

Great job everyone!

I had a good week - really powerful with my strength training. The days I could not make it to the gym I did my Biggest Loser DVD's at home -- boy those are good!
Eating is going well!
