It is called Eat This, Not That (for kids). There is a version for adults too. The editor of Mens Health wrote it and it is very informative. It reads like a magazine and it has bright colorful pictures. It breaks down the nutrition info in all kinds of convenience and restaurant meals geared towards kids. It suggests healthier alternatives for all kinds of chain restaurants and typical grocery store kid food. It also shows the importance of eating produce of all colors and tells what nutrients are in each color group. My 8 year old picked it right up and started reading away. Just thought I would pass along the info!

That sounds great. I wish my girls would eat more fruits and veggies.

I just got the Eat This, Not That book for adults and I love it! I keep it in my car for when we go out to dinner I can look up the restaraunt on our way there. I may get the one for kids too...

The adults one is great. I did not know they made one for kids - might have to look into it! Thanks Maggie
