Heres the deal I am so tired lately. I have been even taking naps. I will go to bed at a later hour because I can't sleep but in the morning I am still dog tired. I haven't been staying up tooo terribly late in my opinon and what I am used to. I am getting more sleep more than I had been getting but I am much more tired. I have been having the weirdest craziest dreams. I posted about one I had a while back but the night before last I had a dream I had some diease where my hangy down thing my mouth was in the front of my mouth and they would take 6 years to cure me then after I was walking outside and I was struck by lightning and then a tree branch fell on me or the tree first then the lightning and I also had a dream I beat up an old family friend like a knock out fight.Who I had been dreaming about alot lately and havent seen or heard from in 6 years. Last night I dreamed that I was on the phone with a girl I can't stand and her ex husband was at her house and picked up the other phone and shot himself 5 times but then he came after me and tried to murder me. Which now I realize that wouldn't really be possible. You know how dreams are though they can be very realistic at the time and you have no logic. I just started thinking about my weird tiredness and I told Misslucie about it cause we text daily and she told me to get my thyroid checked which sounds like a good idea. Another weird thing is I haven't been hungry much but when I eat I scarf it down. My mom has gotten on me today and yesterday about not eating all day both days. It's really weird I haven't ate anything particularity different and if for some reason I did it wasn't anything I ate for like a week straight. I have been having these types of dreams for like a week now. I don't watch scary stuff really and at night I watch either Frasier Golden Girls or Nick at Nite. Any other ideas besides the thyroid? Thanks for reading this if you made it thru my psychobabble

I'd make an appt to see your doctor. They should probably check your thyroid level as well as just do routine bloodwork to make sure nothing is out of whack. (I like to throw around those big medical terms like "out of whack")

(So now for the Mom Aliadam question....you're not pregnant are you? )

Because people that complain that they are supertired are usually pregnant!

Instead of taking a nap in the aftenoon, try taking a walk and get your endorphins up. That will also help you go to sleep earlier at night and get on a more regular sleep schedule. Maybe then you won't be so tired all the time.

(MAN! I need to start taking my own advice! LOL)
