It's battle of the bulge time ladies...
Two major holiday events are around the pike. Two major eating holidays too. We need to be ahead of the curve and battle the bulge before it gets any worse. No more excuses either.
I challenge everyone to do at LEAST 30 minutes of cardio 3 days a week. 30 minutes of cardio can be made up in so many variations and many different intervals, all of which you can do from home or at the gym and in ways in which you can combine maybe one or two or even three variations each time. It helps you to stay motivated and it helps alleviate the "work" aspect of it
So try any one, two or three of these five times a week.
1) jump rope
2) running, marching, high knee walking on the spot
3) jumping jacks
4) treadmill
5) eliptical
6) stationary bike
7) roller blading
8) cross country skiing
9) running up and down the stairs
10) running up and down the drive way
11) Walking the dog, kids each morning and night
12) side steps back and forth across the room
13) anything to get that heart rate up!
Try three events ten minutes each. It doesn't take long and can do so much good for you!
Beat those New Years Resoluters and get on the ball!!! Let's go!
