I have been researching sleep a lot lately, as I haven't slept in a year, and found this which I thought was kinda fun! What does your sleep position say about you?

I am a foetus sleeper, and it describes me to a "T"

Part of the time I sleep in the Foetus position, but the rest of the time I sleep in one that is not there!!! I call it the spread eagle!! As soon as my dh leaves for work 3:30am I roll to my back and spread my arms and legs out and take up as much bed as possible. What do you think that says about me?

How interesting! I was just thinking the other night about how my sleep positions have changed over time. When I first got married - 13 years ago I was a freefaller, then a foetus, and now since I am single again, I almost always am a soldier. Don't really know WHY that is but it is strange that my sleep positions have changed as I've grown older and gone through major life changes. Thanks for sharing!

For the most part I am a foetus sleeper, but I also like to lay on my stomach (almost side) with one leg up and one leg down, And the leg that is down (usually right) always has that arm up and under the pillow...interesting....

I am a Foetus, too, unless pregnant..and then I do one leg bent up on a pillow and one leg down. I guess that just makes me "Uncomfortable"!!!
