Did you choose Halloween treats that you love or hate?

I picked my least favorite thing so if there was leftovers I wouldn't be tempted.

My biggest temptation is going to come when the kids go to school next Monday and I'm left alone with their Halloween treats.

I chose things I know dh will like if there are leftovers. I'm sure I will eat a couple of pieces, but I'm not as much of a candy fiend. Come Monday, if we still have a lot of candy around, I will send it to school with dh and he will give it to his sports teams.

I usually buy Hershey minatures because it was my favorite when I was a kid (and still is).

I didn't buy any this year because we don't get any traffic at our house. For the last seven years I have bought candy and sent it to work with dh. The kids go to the developments. Dh was mad at me and said next year he would like me to put a bowl out just in case.

We had trick-or-treat last night.

I did not buy candy for us to give out (only because we won't be here to give it out) but I'm not sure what I will do when the kids return and I have their bags with me!!!!

This is me too! Ds is 2, and this will be his first year for trick or treat. How much candy at this point will he really eat? Hmm, guess I'll get lots and lots. Better get that treadmill soon!

I buy the Hershey minatures as well since I love them, esp. Mr Goodbar. And I don't have to worry about leftovers of what the kids bring home as we only pick out and keep a handful of them, and the rest come with me to work to put out in the secratary's office, and it's usually gone by the end of the day.
