I was talking to Christy and we are going to start a new weekly series on vitamins/supplements. There are so many out there that I thought it would be neat to really look into them and see more pros & cons and learn about some new ones that maybe could help you. We will run this series every Wednesday!
Use these posts to ask questions, offer more suggestions/input about each post, etc.

You are welcome! I think it is important to do because that seems like all we hear or read about these days is this new vitamin, or that, etc.
