For those participating in our March Food Waste Reduction Challenge, here is a place for you to record what you have to throw out. I've found that if I know I have to write it down, I'm more inclined to a) remember I have it, and b) use it up.

Today I had to throw out some bell peppers that got slimy after I cut them up

Shame on me I had to throw out a 1/2 pan of Ham Loave. New Recipe I tried and the family hated it. They wouldn't even eat it with leftovers. Next time I try a new recipe I will cut the recipe in half. The puppies enjoyed it though.
2 spoonful of mashed potatos
1 pork chop.
I will definitly do better. This is terrible.
