Me too!

Three years ago we tried really hard to buy American when redecorating our childrens' room. During that time two of the companies we worked with - mattress company and wood furniture company- went out of business. Sad, so sad. What are those people doing for jobs now??

I wish it were possible to buy more things that were made in America - it is getting harder and harder it seems to even get food that was produced here - try and buy canned mandarin oranges and they are all from China would love to find some that were grown in America.
You would think, as expensive as Legos are, that they would be make in the U.S.

Have you ever noticed that a lot of apple juices are made in china? I live in upstate NY where we have great apples and it's hard to find apple juices that are made from apples in the United States.

I just noticed this too!

I usually buy the Kirkland (Costco) Apple Juice. My last trip, I bought 4 gallons of Mott's apple juice since Costco had a coupon out.

When I got home, I noticed that the package said it was "Concentrate from USA & China"! It was very faint etching on the bottle. Very hard to see in a dimmer area, such as Costco.

From now on, I'm sticking with the Kirkland brand. It's made from USA grown apples and it's not from concentrate.
