Or do you even notice where something that you purchase comes from?

I notice and I often avoid things from China BUT, I find it very difficult to find toys, especially dinosaur toys, that are not made in China. Luckily we buy most of our dinos second hand.

I don't pay close attention either. Probably should. DH will always point it out once I bring it home though.

I have an (embarrassing) obsession with cute dog bowls. Each time I get a new set, DH will look to see if they are made in China, and, if they are, he won't use them. I need to check Addie's toys. They were all gifts or hand-me-downs, so I haven't even looked. Bad Mama.

Yup! But, with toys it is so hard. Other household goods we avoid a lot. That is one of the reasons why we avoid Walmart too.

I try to buy Made in USA and will compare products. If I have an option, I will pay more for USA products. I found some sand toys yesterday from American Plastics, I scooped those up!

I try to pay attention, sometimes I forget. But with toys, I always remember. I won't buy my 4 year old toys from the dollar store. But I did find a plastic slinky there the other day, and it was made in America.
I was at TJMaxx the other day, and bought a stainless steel water bottle. Got home and found a little sticker on the bottom that said "Made in China".

I've been more careful lately and now it's starting to become habit to look. When possible I purchase products manufactured in my own country.

I would love to but unfortunately I find it nearly impossible. Perhaps if I had an unlimited supply of greenbacks I could, but it's just not realistic.

I try but often forget and most times it is just impossible to get something that isn't made in China. I noticed the other day that some Lego sets are made in China - really ticked me off - I love Legos and up until this set all were made in other countries but not China. I wish it were possible to buy more things that were made in America - it is getting harder and harder it seems to even get food that was produced here - try and buy canned mandarin oranges and they are all from China would love to find some that were grown in America.
