I feel like I have 100 cleaning products. One for glass, one for the bathroom, one for the floor, on and on and on.
How few products did you get down to? I want to try to use as few as possible, but am afraid the all in one products wont work as well.
What products are the most versitile and work well?

I use Windex Multi Task for everything but the floor. It works great on mirrors, tubs, toilets, sinks, kitchens counters, kitchen sinks, the fridge, top of the stove, etc. I use Pine-sol for the floors. I only have the two cleaners.
I know some people out there only use vinegar and baking soda but I found I could only simplify so far and these two products do a great job.

One allpurpose cleaner and one windex is all you need if you are not interested in useing vinegar. oh- and something that smells pretty for the floors. I only use vinergar on glass and it works great, no streaks! I was a professonal cleaner for three years and in that time I had to learn what i did and did not need.

I use Scrubbing Bubbles (the stuff in the can) for my bathrooms and my kitchen sink. I used to do vinegar and baking soda but I wasn't convinced it was disinfecting enough, so I switched back (besides, I LOVE Scrubbing Bubbles - and I like the smell). I use vinegar and water for the kitchen counters and for cleaning windows and mirrors. I use Clorox wipes for quick clean-ups around the house on non "cleaning" days. I use the Swiffer Wet Jet for the floors. It's worth it for me because I have very little in my house that isn't carpeted and it just doesn't make sense to drag a mop and a bucket of water all over the place (especially with small children around).

When my son was born and even while I was pregnant with him, I got really concerned about the chemical cleaners. I dumped everything that had a warning label and not to mention things that irritated my lungs, like windex.
I use vinegar and microfiber clothes to clean most everything. I also use baking soda for scrubbing. If you want a multipurpose cleaner, I found Dr. Bronner's to be the best. It smells good and lasts a long time.

Well, I admit- I am too lazy to mix vinegar and baking soda cleaning products! I use multi task Windex (love the Lime one, they also have a vinegar one)- it works great on greasy things! Scrubbing bubbles or comet for the bathroom. Pledge multi task for all my wooden and glass type things in the living room and bedrooms. If it is not carpeted in our house we have Pergo floors- so I use just plain water to clean the floor (or else it will strip the shine)- we have it in our bathroom, kitchen and dining room.

I use this Windex Multi-purpose for everything too! It's great and made with vingear instead of ammonia. I get about half of the sinus headaches I used to when everythig in my house was a different cleaner. I was constantly searching for the cleaners with the least amount of perfume when I found this. It's been a huge help.

Just wanted to add that I decluttered my cleaning products by putting them up on freecycle. You can also give them away to a friend or family member that could use them. Cleaning products can be expensive, which might be one of the reasons that they are hard to get rid of.
