When I got divorced I gave away or sold about 3/4 of everything I owned. My kids even threw some of their stuff they no longer wanted or needed into the pile. It felt good to get a fresh start and rid my life of all the unhappy memories. It put me on track for a decluttered simple lifestyle, something I enjoy more and more as I get older.

I almost know what she will feel like, My divorce was a HORROR show.. I left the state with what I had on!!! I left 27 yrs. worth of things...
The only things I really wish I had are the baby pictures I had..
It felt GREAT to start over again...

I know plenty of people that have moved around the country and had a moving sale just to start over! Not the Village People though you cant get rid of the Village People!
