I finally sorted through my girls toys. It's sickening to see the amount of $$$$ that was spent and the girls don't even play with half of them. I made a pile to keep, donate and throw away. The basement is looking great!!

I guess everyone talking about cleaning and getting motivated to clean, sparked a flame under my butt b/c I'm on a roll. Today I'm working on bedroom closet, call 911 if I don't post in a couple hours.

Now if I could only get my DH to clean his office. It's to the point where I only go in there to drop of his crap the is laying around the house and then I hurry up and close the door! LOL

Yeah for you--I need to do this DSD still has 2 bags of gifts not even opened! It is aweful the amount of stuff she has--but doesn't want to get rid of any--I told DH I refused to clean her room if some stuff wans't gone --so he said to just not clean it!

good for you.....the hardest challenge in decluttering or cleaning is the first job...adter that one job just motivates you for another....just go with the flow and before ya know if...you will have gained back some substantial sq footage
