I really don't like much on my walls...we just moved, so right now we don't have anything on any walls as of yet but at our old house, I really like things spare, so not much.

Alot!! In the kitchen we have 4 calandars (dh loves calandars, we have 1 train one, a Jeff Gordon one, a Sheltie one and a Daschound one) 2 framed Ansel Adams prints and a giant window thing with southwestern material and peppers on it (matches our pepper themed kitchen and came with the house). In the dining room we have: 5 pictures of family, 3 train calandars, a framed poster of the Pacific Northwest Rail Co corridor, 2 framed prints of the Isaac Walton inn and my shadow box with minitures. In the living room we have a framed art print, A picture of each kid (7of them) and a pic of grandson. 12 pictures of trains that dh took. A picture we had done of our oldest son (who died at age 6) and a family picture.

I have 2 medium sized framed pictures, 1 is of a lion cub and the other is something similar (funny I cant remember and they are right above my tv in the living room) Im at work so i cant just look - both were bought at a thrift store for about $5 for both. On the opposite wall I have a glass shelf from Ikea, its very nice - has a few pictures and statues on it. And on the wall across from that is a clock. On the wall with the big window is a small Anne Geddes picture of a baby with a sunflower costume and School days photos of my son, it goes from Kinder - 12th grade)
In my dining room I have a collage I made of my first trip to Vegas with my dh (bf at the time) its pretty neat-o! Opposite wall is a big picture of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis, James Dean & someone else - diner scene, its nice. And on the wall next to that is a curio cabinet of my small Precious Moments figures. Oh and theres a small clock too.
I have at least 1 pic in every room, even the bathrooms.
My bedroom has a shadow box with my sons "first" in it and a calendar and curio cabinet filled with Precious Moments figures.
Sons room has a poster and a calendar.
I dont plan on getting any more pictures - I put recent pics of my son up and rotate photos.

I need more walls! I was trying to take some of mine down and make it look nicer but I miss all the pics--On one wall I have 4 collage frames with my Rick Springfield and Derek pics and friend we have met. The small wall by it is a big one of me and grand daughter, there are lots of pics of kids and grand daughter and a family one on the big wall--not hung right as I am still figuring what I want , Over the tv is pics I took of the waterfalls when we wet jeeping and another of my grand baby and a tin sign about grandma babysitting, by the door is another 5x7 of Rick Springfield and a clock--I have bought framed with 3 pics eac and have some really nice pics I took in the mountains. Where to put them I haven't a clue--down the hall is full of family pics and Hubbys oilfield sticker collection, in kitchen it my home interior of a old house with the flag-my rooster sconces, on the oppicite wall is flags and old tin signs, not much room there. Wish people would post pics of their walls so maybe I could get an idea of how to do this stuff!

We have nothing on our walls, we've been moving around too much the last few years, when we get to our next place we are staying there until we get a house and then we'll hang up family pictures, maybe some north woods type art.

We got a lot of family pictures and children portraits on our walls, pretty much everywhere,
but in our bedrooms, the hallways, the kitchen, the laundry room, and the computer room, I have the children ART, the pictures that they draw, the collages that they make, the little art pieces they do in school, I put them in cheap wooden frames that I buy in the Dollar store, and just hang them proudly.

Too much and too little we have some shelves with knick knacks. I want to have then in a china hutch but can't afford one. I would like to get some good extended family pics done. I have a painting on one wall and family photos in matching frames on another. Really I thing I need more in some places and less in others. Having stuff on your walls if done right can bring so much character to a place. But it really needs to be done right.
