The apple slicer is a godsent!!! I use it every week! That is actually the only one I use!

We have a waffle maker that we used alot when we first bought it, but haven't used it since we moved. I make great quesadilla's in our omelette pan so I don't need one of those. Used the George Forman grill once or twice. It's all just more to clean.

I've been wanting a bread machine and to start making our own bread. Jenn I'll get some recipes from you!

I don't really like clutter in my kitchen so I couldn't stand all that on my counters..and if it was put up in cabinets I would never get it out to use!

Helps: bread machine (using it right now - pizza for dinner!), crock pot, Pampered chef chopper, PC micro cookers and PC measure-all cup. Oh, and I couldn't possibly LIVE without my programable COFFEE MAKER!
Things that annoy me and I am toying with getting rid of: Panni maker (used once), Food saver (kind of a pain and takes up too much room) and chillzane platter from Pampered chef (too big to leave in the freezer than I forget to put it in and then what is the use?)

Those are the big things that come to mind - I haven't hit the "gadget" drawers yet. And, yes I meant drawerS because I have way more than one and way too much in all of them!

One of my fave gadgets/appliances that I know has saved us money is our FoodSaver and the canisters that go with it. We use them for fresh fruits and veggies and they keep so much better and longer! Also great for cookies! I hated it at first, but once I found a place it could sit in the kitchen so I wasn't always going to dig it out and then have to put it away, it is much handier. I also love my PC chopper, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, and my Tupperware Rock-n-serve dishes that I can freeze or microwave--and they don't stain!

Hindrances...the bread machine, I love it, but dh & I don't need to be eating that much bread and if I make it we eat it so fast! It's just too good! I haven't used it in a year! I also have a PC apple peeler/corer/slicer that I swear they are told to show at any party there's a new person then the new person just has to have it! And I of course was that new person...only I didn't wanna pay for it so I had a show and got it free! I then used it once and hated it!!! I have tried it a few times but it just isn't easy or convenient to use...so many parts and such a mess to use!

I couldn't live without my crockpot, my microwave, and my toaster oven.

I don't like (or use) my mini food chopper (I have several - my mom likes gadgets and keeps buying them for me) I find a cutting board and knife easier to use and clean. I don't like any small gadget that takes more time to clean that it is worth using for.

Help: iced tea maker, crock pot, toaster oven, Pampered Chef jar opener thingy

Hinderance: that Black and Decker jar opener thing that is HUGE! My inlaws gave it to me for Christmas and it is just easier for me to open the darn jars with my litle Pampered Chef thingy. I guess if you had arthritis and were older it would help. I think I am going to give it to my mother.

Also, another hinderance, a wok.
