I am getting older and I am finding that I do not need as much sleep - does that make sense? I find that I wake up 2 or 3 times during the night and of course I have to go to the bathroom. I did realize something interesting this past week, I got up about 4:30 am because the dog woke me up to go out and I just decided that I was awake and if I tried to go back to sleep it would make matter because by that time it would be time to get up. I did a load of clothes, read my email and balanced my checkbook before I started getting ready for work. I felt so much better that day. I think perhaps I just need to go to bed earlier and get up earlier to feel better? Anyone else found this to be true???

I need about 8 or 9, but I wish I could do with less. I have the worst time getting up in the mornings.

sleep? Whats that?

Serious I could do at least 9 hour a day (before kids). Right now 8 hours without inturruption would be awsome!
