I want a simple (simpler) life for many reasons mentioned. Also, I just want to be able to breathe and think and move in my house without clutter and junk.

I hate racing here and there, living out of a van. I like waking and starting the morning in leisure and peace, instead of rushing to do this and that.

I enjoy time to read, relax and be with my thoughts.

I want to open my cabinets and find what I'm looking for without digging out half the contents of the cabinet.

I like to have everything in its place so that I don't stress out and waste time trying to find something.

Those are just a few.

I applaud you post. I even read it to my DH. You second paragraph is truly eye opening for me. This is exactly how we have tried to start living. Slowly but surely we will be there.

I want to live simply by enjoying life, my DH and my kids. Not to "have" to pay money to have fun. To be rid of debt, so we aren't stressing every month if we can pay all the bills.
