On our recent trip up north, I brought our organic milk, because my relatives told me that there wasn't a Whole Foods up there and I wasn't sure if I would be able to find organics. I'm sure if I would have had time to look, I might have found a store that sold organics, but I didn't have the time. So, we brought our organic juice boxes, organic chips and salsa, organic bread, beef for sandwiches, etc. I would say that about 75% of what we brought with us was organic and it lasted us most of the trip. Our milk lasted the whole trip, and I was glad it did, because I think that is one of the most important things to make sure is organic. We did end up having to buy some conventional foods for the trip back, but to make a long story short, Yes, we do look for organic on the go.
As for restuarants, I am more apt to go to an organic restaurant, than a conventional one, but they are very hard to find.
