There are "safe" water bottles out there that are reuseable if you were to want to use them??? Naglen makes a "food grade" hard plastic one that is great, and you dont taste the plastic, and it does not leach to the water, cause cancer etc... Also there are good kid sippy cups also, SIGG makes one, and Klean Kanteen makes one, and there is another sippy cup that is made of out "better" plastic called Born Free or The Bunny Nest, both are good sippies and safer to use for kiddies, But I would spend the money and get a SIGG or KK cause you can change the spouts out as the child grows and they can use it for a life time! We use our all the time, just get water from the filtered tap water, and that saves time money, and space...
