My simple pleasure is that Caitlin & Will are coming home tonight from FL. As much as I've enjoyed the peace & quiet, I am ready to hug them & their shiny little faces!

Just watching the kids swim in the pool on a perfect summer day - they have such a great, stress-free life and have no idea!! The way it should be!

Mine was breakfast club at 8am with my MOMS Clubbers....followed by a pedicure.

Seeing a hummingbird right outside the breakfast room window; waking to a smiling baby & husband; the delicious cup of coffee brewed by my thoughtful husband. All are simple, but gave me much pleasure!

It rained most of the day!! It has been so long since we have had any rain

~Happiness is a large family~

My town was having a community wide yard sale and between the baby and my husband being sick etc. we just didn't get around to putting our stuff out ourselves. In the end though, about 30 minutes before we started, we decided just to put a few items out that were handy and ready to go. I won't say we did great but we managed to make $150.00 and cleaned out a few spots in the house!

I also finished canning my greenbeans - 12 pints in this batch and more to come!

Well, we finished our sale today and made out pretty well. We made a total of $154 for Friday and today. Since we sold both our stuff my husband and I split the money. Which was nice to have some extra spending money.

A second simple pleasure for today. My husband kept both kids busy while I took a nap! It was heaven!

being blessed with waking up was a simple pleasure today, as was spending a good deal with my hubby and the youngest, as our oldest two are away for the summer.

i loved to just hold his hand and give him kisses, and for us both to plaster kisses on the baby's cheeks at the same time. she loved it.
