What's your Simple Pleasure for today, Friday?

My SP is that 1. we survived the storms yesterday & overnight and 2. my mom, brother & sister will be here for a visit in a few hours before they move my sister to school this weekend.

I was just thinking, as I was reading everyone's SP for the 21st, " I hope bonna posts one today, so I can respond"!! Thanks!
My SP today is that my sisters will be staying the night with DH and I after a whole summer of them not getting to because we had a roommate staying here. I am glad because one of my sisses will be headed out of state for school next weekend! It's going to be a great night, i am so excited!!

Here is my first post for a simple pleasure. YEEAH!

1. I got a text message from ds this morning on his way to school. It said 'I luv u'. That made my whole day!!

2. Had a great evening with my boyfriend last night. It was his bday yesterday and we celebrated very nicely.. also got a very nice text from him this morning...

1. My dd said thank you, thank you for everything.
(we kinda had a rough week)

2. At the breakfast table I was declarded by my other dd: "My favorite Mommy"
Had to laugh, I think I offended her for a moment, but I did say thank you.
