You don't have to look too far. The best cleaners are baking soda and vinegar and they are readily available at the grocery store. I buy mine in bulk at Sams Club, and save quite a bit that way.
You can buy castille soap (I use Dr. Bronners) at the Health Food store. Mix a paste with baking soda and castille soap and you have a great soft scrub style cleanser.
