I use coconut oil on my face after reading it on here. I only use it at night because it really is oily and i just don't have the time to let it soak in in the mornings. i keep it in my bathroom cabinet. love it!

I've been using Welcome to Living Nature products and really love their face wash, body wash, otion, and baby wash. But after reading all the great ideas here, I am going to try making a few.

Can someone clarify what type of honey is to be used for washing my face? I've been looking at honeys and see there are "UMF" and "active", etc. ????

I've been using extra virgin olive oil on my face (I have dry skin) it's been working great for months but believe it or not I still wake up with my face tight (like it needs more moisture) so I'm going to try the coconut. Can you wear it under make up?

My friend slathers her face with vaseline twice a wk. before bed. She's got great skin but I always thought your face couldn't breath under that.

this will sound totally weird, but I swear by it! Put Milk of Magnesia on your face with a cotton ball. Wait about 10 minutes. Put more on a cotton ball and run over your face. It will dissolve the previous layer. Rinse with warm water. Then I use coconut oil. Wait a minute or so. Then smooth some witch hazel on cotton ball to "lock in" the moisture. I have had amazing results. People have even asked me if I had some "work" done. Ha Ha.. I am 47 and someone guessed me to be in my early 30's!

I always get terribly chapped heels. found this recipe and have tried this numerous times. vaseoline and sugar. enough sugar to make it gritty. this works as an exfoliant. apply at night after drying feet from shower or bath. lather this on and put on a pair of socks. then go to bed. works like magic! repeat for three days and feet are smoother and no chapping!

also, if sick with a cold (coughing) or congested, take a warm shower before bed, dry feet and place vick's vapor rub on soles of feet, put on socks. this works wonders! can sleep thru the night with no coughing. do this to my kids. no bad tasting cough medicine!

After trying pricey beauty products for makeup removal, I discovered that I had an amazing product right in my pantry...virgin olive oil. It is the BEST makeup remover I have ever used because it is greasy, it bonds to the greasy makeup and takes it right off. I used to be prone to break outs from the residual makeup left on my skin from other makeup removers...not anymore. I have never had clearer, softer skin in my life. I wish I had known about this as a teenager!

I use a combination of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Caster Oil to wash my face every morning. I had an initial breakout but now my face is great. I have a had a blackhead on my nose for what seems like forever nothing I used got rid of it. I have been doing this for a month now and it's almost gone.
I found this idea at this web site The Oil Cleansing Method - A simple, cleansing facial massage for clear skin!

I just got my EVCO today and I applied it to my face a few hours ago...how often are you supposed to apply it and how quick does it make you start breaking out? 'Cuz I swear I have already started to, I've got a few small pimples that I don't remember seeing when I put it on...

I use Mineral Genesis by Sensaria for my face (it's pricey but SOOO worth it...my skin looks great!) and my hubby uses the mens line (much more affordable) and he swears by it. The whole family uses the body wash and lotions and scrubs. All the products are all natural and super safe. I use them on my kids (1 and 4)

I especially love the Sea Silk mask (getting rid of my acne scars) and the Sea Kelp scrub for making my face feel super clean and evening out my skin.

I started selling this stuff because I bought so much of it! I'm not advertising...I just really like the products and wanted to share.
