One grocery store offers .05 for each bag.. I should start bringing my own bags with me, but I always forget.

In South Africa - we have two choices - buy plastic at the counter, or bring your own bags.

We have a whole lot of bags that sit in the boot of the car, so that we dont have to pay every time we need a plastic bag.
