What is your simple pleasure for today?




Mine is watching my boys get all excited when I pulled out the tubs of old Halloween costumes and they picked out what they want to be.

Mine is never having to get out of my pajamas....bout to get out of them to take a shower, but that's it.....what a nice lazy day.

Mine would be relaxing for a moment in the comfy chair in the living room, with the windows open and enjoying the warm sun and refreshing breeze. The sugar free/fat free jello snack I was eating made the moment more enjoyable because I really wanted some chocolate ice cream. I was proud of myself for choosing a snack that wouldn't ruin my progress from Yoga classes.
