First, does anyone know of Airborne? What exactly is it and is really safe for kids? Second, what are some names of All Natrual or Organic multi-Vitamins?? Third, what kinds of lotions are out there for kids? I put lotion on my son ever night after his bath...and I hate to think of all the chemicals I'm putting on him. I'm new to the organic living and just trying to figure things out!

Kiss My Face makes some really good products and I'm pretty sure they have a children's line as well. As for Airborne, I've heard good things about it and I know they have some for children but with all the recent recalls and what not I would check with your doctor.

I believe you are talking about Arbonne and I am a rep. It's products are botanical and herbal based, the best of nature and science. They are not organic but are much, much, much more natural than most over the counter products.

:: Arbonne ::
They have a wide variety of products, including all the categories you are looking at.

Of course you can always just head over to your local whole food/ trader joes/ natural food market and look around at some of the brands they sell.

Good luck!

There is Airborne for children now. I think Walgreens has a generic of the pediatric one, but I'm not sure. I have used it on my 6 year old, but I think I'd check with my doctor on a child younger than that unless the package states a dosage.

Regarding lotions: our pediatrician suggested a safe one: Ceravese. It's carried by Walgreens (he told me they are the only ones here who carries it, so you may have to shop). It's kind of pricey at almost $10 a bottle, but it's a large bottle. I also feel comfortable using Aveeno.

I just wanted to give you this website http://cosmeticsdatabase.com/

Someone else posted it on here, and I have looked up a lot of things on here. It will tell you about safe (and not safe) lotion for your kids. It tells you what ingredients are in things. It also tells you if any of the ingredients are connected with other things...cancer...reproductive toxicity...and many other things! After reading it I am starting to go through all of our stuff with a garbage bag...It kills me to throw things away, but if it is not safe for my family then it is going!!!

The airborne for kids is called power pixie i believe. There is a link for a free sample in the sample/freebie section. My mom swears by the orginal Airborne. She says it really works for her. I haven't tried it.
