Well, enough info to be embarassing, I guess! At Thanksgiving dinner my 8 year old told Grandma he couldn't eat her Green Bean Casserole because it had MSG in it! He'd overheard dh and I talking about this the day before. Oops, I felt bad! No one touched the casserole. If I'd known ahead, I would have offered to make it myself (and use the Cream of Mushroom Soup without MSG!!!)

They sell some at Trader Joe's (and I'm sure at Whole Foods) that doesn't have MSG. The brand I bought is called Health Valley and it's organic.
