I couldn't resist posting this article that I found on the front of yahoo tonight. Basically it comes down to more houses be needed for seperate households. And guess what? It isn't completely because of the United States!

Ooooookaaaay...So it must be a slow news day for them...are they going to run another article about how getting married, moving in together or even second marriages after divorce can save the environment? Or was this from someone quietly in Al Gore's camp?

Heck, then we all better go back to everyone living with their parents til marriage, then the parents living with the kids when they are older - pack 'em back in!

I think if I lived with my parent's any longer than I did (I jetted a couple months after I turned 18) someone was either going to be in jail or a mental hospital. Likewise, I'm not sure I want my parents living with me as they age (this has been discussed and resolved in our family).

There's two more instances of "modern" times equaling more households than traditionally before.

Apparently they didn't take into consideration some of the new immigrant families that are living 5 families per household.
