I make most of our food from scratch. I make a lot of chili and spaghetti sauces in my crockpot and freeze for easy, fast meals. Oven meals are real easy and I always have stuff on hand to make them.

Example of one of my oven meals:

Chicken breast, pork roast ect..(even frozen meat works well),red potatoes and garlic salt.
I just spray some pam on the chicken and potatoes and season with garlic salt. Cover with tinfoil.
Bake for an hour on 375.

Add a salad and bread and you have a awesome yummy dinner!

I do buy the stouffer's lasagna and papa murghys pizza when I have unexpected company.

I like to cook and hate the taste of preservatives in some meals. Unfortunately, I'm just lazy sometimes and so I always have some kind of frozen meal on hand, usually pizza. We also like the boxes of taquitos, I make them with some feista corn and mexican rice (homemade) and its an easy Mexican food night.

We also do a mix of both here. I like cooking from scratch when I have the energy, but I struggle with chronic fatigue, so I always have food on hand for when I just can't muster up the energy to really cook.

Also, in addition to prepared foods, "breakfast for dinner" nights are pretty easy too. Scrambled eggs, some fruit and an english muffin. My kids love it, it covers several food groups and I feel like I did SOMEthing, you know?

I have to say though, I looove Lean Pockets and probably eat too many of those. *blush*
