1300 sq ft. Family of 4 (2 adults, a 3 yo, and a 10 month old). 3 bed, 2 bath. Small inground pool and spa, covered patio, small front yard (just enough for the kids to play in). Wish we had a bigger home with a bigger yard in the back and a bigger garden area. We need another room for an office (DH is in IT and works from home a lot) and another room for guests (my family visits often and DH's family visits once a year). Right now we move the baby into our room, which I don't mind since she is such a quiet sleeper, but she is old enough now that she gets up whenever anyone comes into her room. So from here on out guests either have to sleep in DS's room while he sleeps on the floor or in the living room or they have to stay at a hotel.

Also wish I had a bigger kitchen with more storage space.

Our house is always so cluttered even though I am constantly getting rid of stuff. It's just so small and there aren't enough closets/storage space.

We also have a rental home in Austin, TX. We were supposed to move there before DH got his dream job here in San Diego, CA. 2650 sq ft. 5 bed, 3 bath plus library. Big open kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining area, family room, living room, 3 car garage, large backyard, large front yard...all custom built to our liking. And the best part for me...a huge dream kitchen and walk in closets everywhere! And a huge walk in pantry and laundry room! Yep, it's my dream house. But we decided to take the job here in SD since it was a wonderful work environment for DH (he works with some really nice people), good pay for less stress than his old job, SD is a great place to live for folks like us who get depressed after only one day of rain, and we would be driving distance to my family and some of DH's relatives and our good friends.

So we are renting out the Austin home and will keep it as long as we have renters in it or until the market there gets better or until we move there.

We are a family of 4...with one on the way. We have 3 bedrooms and a office that is very small but is fine for the nursery. Our house is 3000 sf. The bedrooms are small and the downstairs is large. We also have a big basement that is almost finished and is not counted with the square feet. We love it. We moved from a 15oo square foot house on staten island to this house in the woods of pa.

We are a family of 9 and our house is about 1900. It's bigger if you count the basement, but that is unfinished and used for laundry and storage. Our common living areas are fairly large, so this house works well for us.

There's a house just across the street from us for sale. It's really huge -3300 sq. ft and the are asking $112,000. We briefly thought of trying to buy that and selling ours, but decided no. We'd rather stick with what we have and not have to sell house in this market.

Family of 3, living in a 3000sqft house. DD sleeps in a crib in our master bedroom downstairs, so the 3 bedrooms upstairs remain locked and we rarely go up.

wow.. thats an amazing price... I's snap that up and rent out the first house!! Just my instant thought, anyway!!

We have 2300 sq ft two story, theres 3 of us. We bought the house before we had the baby, been in it for almost 4 years. This house cost as much as the one story 1600 sq ft houses so we looked at, so we thought, why not?! Its been great but for a few tiny things, a tiny galley kitchen, a bitsy master bath (we have 4 bedrooms, 2 bath. One bedroom is a library) and a long odd room that doesn't seem good for anything, right off the kitchen. If we ever plan on staying here long enough, might expand the kitchen into that area.

There are Three in our home. Our apartment is 1,406 sq feet.It is 3bedrooms. We also have a house in Indiana that is 2315 square feet. I had to do some serching for that one lol. That one is three bedrooms with a small office. The bedrooms are all pretty big. I am not sure about the master bedroom but my room is 10x14 and Noah's room is 11x13. The house is only a year old. We tried to sell it but we didnt have anyone willing to buy it. Why I have no clue. Thats ok though. I love that house!

We just bought our house at the end of November. It is about 1750sq ft. I LOVE IT! ~ It's in the city so we got it for a great price (About 60k) It was a flip but the guy doing it had to move for his job so he didn't get to finish a lot of minor things (like caulking around the sink and stretching the carpet), hence the great price. It's perfect for our family to fix up and grow in. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, family room, living room, dining room, huge kitchen and a laundry/pantry room. It has a basement but it's good for storage only. I am very proud of my new home and I feel blessed to have it for my son to grow up in.

I don't remember what our actual size it, we bought it a year ago. It's actually small versus the houses around here. We have 2 small bedrooms upstairs. 1 full bath on main floor, 1 small room on main floor we use as an office. 1 long and very skinny living room and living area. 1 ok sized kitchen, 1 small dining room it holds 1 small table and 4 chairs. 1 Nice walk in pantry. See they took the old porch off this house and made it into a dining room and pantry before we bought it. Then we have downstairs which is 1 half bath and 2 small bedrooms and laundry area and tiny storage area outside. But were happy w/ it all. Our yard is soooo tiny. You know those bad mitten sets? Well if you put one up that is the width of our yard.

This house was NOT thought out well at all.
This was a Model and a Good deal , But every Day I can see a MILLON things I would Have Done Different if I planned it

But I Am So Claustrophobic and crave space!!

Dh Just wants a three car garage.
