What's your Simple Pleasure today?

Mine was going to the mall with my little boys & having them argue over who was going to buy me a new pocketbook. "And it doesn't even have to be on sale, Mommy!" They were too cute!

Alright, alright.....I'm getting there!!! I made MaryGrace a quilt for her new toddler bed today! I just couldn't do a storemade one...$40 and up. So, I used fabric I already had, and except for having to buy the batting for the inside tomorrow, it was basically FREE. AND, I am very proud of it. It turned out really cute..and MaryGrace was very excited since she saw it from 4 inch squares being cut to a completed top of a quilt (which she thinks is her new blanket...as in it is done now!!)

For reasons known only to the universe and God, my dd was one crying girl pretty much all day today. But I had to smile seeing ds trying to make her laugh. After his bath tonight he ran around doing his "naked dance" just because it makes her giggle.

I watched my sweet 13 month old wake up from her nap and smile when she saw me
