I'm a firm believer that clean water should be a right for every man, woman, child, plant, and animal on this planet. But evidently that is not a given. Here is some information on the Clean Water Act that is running through the U.S. government -- sorry, I'm not sure where Canada is on this issue. But if anyone knows please add it!
