I could have this whole house decluttered if I had time to do it. It's hard to do with two toddlers "helping."

I voted other. I'm constantly decluttering

I usually declutter twice a year, spring and fall, it should be done more often.
My clutter consists of items that are sentimental, for projects (scrapbooking, crafts, fair, geneology), I will use it someday things.
The thing that I am really good at decluttering is my clothing, I have no trouble with that!
I think time has a big part of me not getting it done more often.

Whatever we don't use we put it for garage sale then what ever is left we donate. I hate clutter.

I really don't have clutter. Well in my house, clutter is a few too many magnets on the fridge, a few too many pennies on the dresser, a stack of hubby's untended mail (I don't touch!). That's about it.

I guess everybody has a tolerance level and mine is pretty low, or I would have more. It would get uncomfortable if inclination is to have more than budgets or family can stand.

My worst clutter is the sentimental kind and also the "I might need it one day" clutter. Ugh.

I'm the "I might need it one day" and "sentimental" clutter girl. I've recently been ruthless and gotten rid of a lot of stuff and just said, " You know, if I really need it badly again, I'll just buy a new one!". Haven't had to replace it yet! If I haven't used it in years, I'm not ever going to. I just have to get over that hurdle.

I'm also a "keep past calendars" girl too, so I took pictures of all the calendars and tossed them. Hard to do, but I did it. The reason I keep them is all of our daily life is written on them and I wanted to keep them to look back on. I haven't looked at them yet and probably never will! I know I'm weird. I journal every day too. So lots of journals! Not ready to photgraph all those!

Boy do I need help!! Really I am getting much better but it is still hard. I am the I might need it one day, it was expensive, and I am very sentimental. What a combo.

I do save clothes for the next child down the line and that is part of what I consider necessary clutter. Also I have hung onto items for a long time waiting to sell them and never got around to selling them. I have to make an appt in order to bring them in for consignment and it is not close by.

I also just don't have enough time. I have been decluttering for weeks now and the house looks a mess b/c it is one or the other.
