I used to buy organic milk in cardboard but since the price of gas has gone through the roof I no longer buy a lot of organic products. I've gone back to buying my milk at Aldi's in the plastic gallon containers, but every time I do I feel guilty that having it in plastic is going to harm ds.

I'm especially worried because I freeze it as well. I hate running to the store to pick up milk (I personally don't drink the stuff) and I find it's very convenient to freeze it. But should I switch to cardboard if I do this?

Is there a quick cut and dried answer to this one? I'm so sick of doing research on what is healthy and getting 1000 conflicting answers. If it's a cut and dried thing - 'no, buy the cardboard and freeze in that' I will do it and pay the extra $$. Thanks!!

What I have read is that milk jugs are not believed to leach the chemicals in any significant amount.
