Bag Balm was used for cow's udders. My parents used it on their dairy cows. It use to be very cheap but like everything else

WalMart has it in their pet section or you can find it at a farm supply place. It has a slight scent ... but it isn't great but it goes away very quickly.

Just out of curiousity.... Is it something with being diabetic that makes it uncomfortable to wear "real shoes"?
I have a really close family friend that is diabetic and she NEVER wears closed shoes, even in winter time she is walking around in flip flops or something similar. I always just thought it was something weird with her...But maybe not..

I don't think it pertains to diabetes,, I've ALWAYS been 'non shoe' . I like to kick my shoes off the instant I come into the house too

I feel like my feet have to breathe.

I found "Udder Cream" at the dollar store.

Vaseline does work great...just slather it on and then wear socks, if you can.

You can also try something like 'Pretty Feet and Hands' - I love that stuff! LOL! It can be hard to find sometimes, but it really works well for me. Otherwise, just use some pumice or a foot file each time you shower/bathe and you should have pretty feet in no time!
