Do you know CPR? I learned CPR as a young girl, when I started babysitting. I have since retaken the class a couple times for employment purposes. My dad is a CPR/EMT instructor and he has always kept me up to date! If you don't know CPR or need to be recertified, you can go to the American Red Cross website and find a chapter near you. They usually have info on classes. American Red Cross

I have always had to be certified for preschool, my summer daycamp job and being a girl scout leader we are suppose to have this training.

CPR has changed over the years though Now they say you only need to do compressions no mouth to mouth.

I think I am behind now days. My old job use to update us every two years. Thanks for the reminder.

I am signing the boys and myself up for a class in the summer. The boys are also going to a free kid's program the EMS place is having this summer. They went last year and learned a lot of stuff.
