Has anyone had any experience with this yet? I am very interested in starting a worm composting bin in my kitchen. I am not sure which bin is best to go with. I need something small to fit under my sink. I have seen some with spouts for the "tea" that comes out. I like the idea of just throwing my food scraps in the worm bin versus carting it all to my outside one.

I have done both regular and worm composting. I'd suggest keeping it outside because you still get fruit flies and maybe other bugs. It works great for vege and fruit scraps. You should cut them up first to speed up the process. I didn't bring my worm bin with me when we moved a few years ago and was planning to start again soon. I'm going to try to build one this time, it's much cheaper. I saw a site that showed building one with two of the blue rubbermaid storage containers. You put holes in the one on top and cover with screen to keep your worms from falling out. Then you stack it on top of the other and your compost 'tea' should drain into the bottom. I'll post how it works out.
