I Stay Up LATE if Needed.

Some People - get Up Really early -

Both Ways Give You Added Hours without interruptions From Kids, Which I Think is the biggest Time Taker - Not always In a Bad way , But if i Have time that is Quiet and i Am Alone, I Can Move My Butt!

I'm with Taylyn...I stay up later if I need to. I am not a morning person Now if I could keep myself on a time limit on the computer and restrict it more...I'd have plenty more hours in the day without staying up later or getting up earlier!

I hear you on this one!! lol

I think my biggest timesaver is getting things done while the boys are napping or sleeping. If I do every thing then, they are not slowing me down by needing something or wanting to help. Another time saver is going to the store alone, that helps save money, too.

Lists...........I make a list of what needs to be done the night before. Then come morning I can just look at my list instead of wasting time thinking of what I should be doing.

I make a time schedule of events for following day. When I was working and life was completely insane, I would actually write the schedule down. Now I just do a mental schedule. This really keeps me on track the next day. For example, I know I need to leave the house by x time so I can go by the library to drop off books, pick up drycleaning, and still make it to the Y for step class.

I also pick one "project" to do while the baby is sleeping each day. Some days I'm more ambitious than others. Ha ha ha!!

I have to agree with some others when staying up late is how I make more hours in my day. I don't get up early because I can't function properly. I would probably have more time if I made lists and did all my work first. Then I would have plenty of time to do what I wanted.

One thing that helps me find more time in my day is planning ahead. If I know what I have to do ahead of time I'm more likely to do it. Making goals helps too. If I say to myself, "I'll clean this during naptime" then I have no excuse not to do it. Planning ahead also saves me time making dinner.

I've also found that if i have 10 things to do, I can get 9 of them done, but if I only have 1 thing to do nothing gets done. being busy motivates me.
