I have so overbought in the past that I have more than enough to clothe twins of each age. I am just going to start with what I have stockpiled... can't imagine I will need more. Sigh... I *so* want to magically have the right amount of stuff and no excess. I'm getting there, but it seems to take a long time. I guess years of overbuying aren't going to fly out the window, huh?

I bought a few things for my oldest and a new coat for my youngest. I bought them both new sneakers. But other than that, they are pretty well set with what we have. I think it's better to buy as you need it, rather than a huge spree all at once.

I was lucky enough that last year winter and this summer, Kelsey fit into her clothes, but now she's in 3t so I had to buy all new for her, and Thomas is growing like a weed too. I just went to Kohl's, target and children's place and got what they needed, shoes and all, and they are done. I'm going on Tuesday to Children's place, because they are having a huge sale of 3.99 and I have a 15%, so I'm going to get stuff for next year. I had to get Kelsey new shoes because she has to have rubber soled shoes for preschool, plus a back pack. But at least I'm done now. The only thing I do still have to get are the zip up Pj's by carters for thomas, and I'll get him 2 or 3 pairs and he's done too. I'm happy with that.
Myself, I only bought a pair of shoes, and took the time to match up what I have in my closet. I threw out all my sweats and junky clothes because that is what I tend to lean towards. But I'm happy with where I am with everything, just need to keep an eye out for next summer now.

I was just going through my boys' dressers and moving things from one to another (my boys are 8, 7, 6, 3, & 2) I think all I need to buy is some socks for the 6 & 7 yr old (they wear the same size) and some winter boots for the 6 & 7 yr olds. Other wise we are good!

my oldest only needs 2 or 3 long sleeve shirts and maybe 2 pairs of jeans snow boots and extra hats and gloves(can wear his columbia coat and snowpants from last year)..

youngest needs 3 long sleeve shirts maybe 2 more sweat shirts and 2 pairs jeans socks. snow boots and mittens. that should do them both for the winter..

as for my soon to be arriving daughter the only thing she will need for winter is a snow suit wich my sister thinks she has one just has to look so we don't have much to buy...
