Five for the Road-Wednesday/It's the Thought

Today we're going to try something different and clear out some emotional clutter.
Take a minute and think of the things that are bothering you lately... worries about kids, finances, unhappy thoughts about the past or your weight or self image, feeling like a bad mom all the time or feeling unappreciated...
Write five things down on a piece of paper. Look at these five thorns and realize you have the power to change your life. Some things you can take action about- your weight or finances. Some things you can just let go- like the past. It's your choice, and you CAN do it.
Now scrunch up that piece of paper and throw it in the trash! Bye bye emotional baggage. You've just cleared out some room to enjoy the simple pleasures of your day even more
