She has got to be SO ready to scream right now! She is trying to better things for all of us, and I know this has got to be completely overwhelming. We are all frustrated, so on top of trying to get the newest board up and running correctly, Kim is being bombarded with minor (and sadly enough major!) grumbling. I just thought she could really use everyone keeping her in our thoughts and prayers while she is trying to get this all worked out...and remember she is doing the best she can, as fast as she can.

I was thinking the same thing. I feel bad for her. She has to be so frustrated. She does so much for us and I appreciate it so much. It may take a little while but it will work out soon. I think in time we will all eventually like this board.

I totally agree. She doesn't get paid for this (as far as I know) and deals with complaints and I don't like this and I don't like that now that the board has changed. I pmed her and told her I thought she was doing great job, thanked her and offered my help to mod wherever she needed me. I think she is doing the best she can and that all the issues were not her fault. Good Job Kim!
