Where abouts are you in "Upstate NY"? I grew up just off I-81 on the Canadian side. My folks are about a 1/2 hour from Fort Drum, 2 hours from Syracuase, 1 hour from Ogdensburg. Next time I go home, we should run a 5K or something. Wouldn't that be fun?

I'm in Waterford - which is 15 mins north of Albany. I'm 3 hours from Syracuse.

Hey the Utica Boilermaker race is July 13 -- I would like to do that one, since I went to college out there and still have a lot of friends there.
I would love to do a race with you!

Albany....Hmmmm.....That is about 4 hours from my folks place! You're on the other side!!

I was thinking if I did go home, there is a race back home along the water front...in Kingston, Ontario. Have you heard of it? Maybe we could make it a girls' weekend!????
