What Sunday School stories did you like that were uplifting, hopeful and would be appropriate to share with your children? My son even thinks the Christmas story is cruel. I like the one of how Jesus made the bread multiply. But my son is leery of the wine in the stories, as we've preached about alcohol use. Noahs Ark is good, but animals and people died. Please share the uplifting stories.

the only one i ever liked when i was young was the baby moses in a basket story. I had an Amy Grant Bible Story book, I still have it too my mom saved it. That one story I asked her to read over and over when I was young. Now that I have kids and I look at the stories I think, my goodness I can't read this to them!
