I do this too. I remember friends, acquaintances, friends of friends, our military, etc. and their needs; also, I pray for those who are losing or have lost loved ones. We also have a prayer list at our church that I pray for. If I know of someone who is pregnant/ttc, I will pray for them; I was there once too.
