Help me out here! I'm dragging this morning ... too busy of a weekend, too much stress, too much tea, and I haven't been taking my vitamins while breastfeeding. How do you perk yourself up?

I've already popped my vitamins this morning!

For me it's:

Taking a hot shower.
A cup of coffee or tea.
A walk in the fresh morning air.
Listening to music.
Getting outside and working in the garden.

I always try a cup of coffee first on those type of days then usually if that doesn't work. I'll wash my hair. Taking a bath gets me more relaxed. But for some reason when my head is wet, it gets me going. Weird huh?
