Smile at someone for no reason at all today. Try it... it's just a silly free feel good thing to do. People appreciate a smile from a stranger for no reason (or just smile at your kids, or even yourself when you pass a mirror).

And if they don't appreciate it...at least then they'll be wondering what you're up to

This is a wonderful thing to do and I am always doing this no matter where I am at and I have never gotten a negative response yet (knock on wood, rap, rap). It's amazing what it can do for someone!

You may feel goofy doing it, but it is totally contagious! People WANT somethign to smile about...so give it to them!

I was in such a good mood today that I smiled while out on my walk with the boys. It felt a little cheesy, but I didn't care, I really WAS having a good time listening to them jabber!

Yes, I think it is true also. It can make someones day.. By just one quick smile.

Yesterday I had a cart full of things to buy, and a lady behind me only had 3 things. I smiled at her and told her she could go ahead of me. At first she looked at me like I grew horns and said "Are you sure?". I told her yes, go ahead of me. She thanked me over and over again. Hopefully I made her day alittle brighter by doing this.

I always try to smile and say hello.
